Spot IVR return instructions

If you do not have the original packing and/or foam or need a replacement return label, please send an email to returns@spotai.co

Please verify the contents of the packaging that you received from us. You will need:

• One(1) shipping box for the IVR
• One(1) set of foam bumpers, one top, and one bottom
• Pre-paid return label

It’s very important that the return is packaged properly to prevent damage during shipping. If you do not have the original packing or foam or need a replacement return label, please send us an email returns@spotai.co . We will happily send you a new box, foam and a return label. 

1. Place the bottom foam bumper with a semi-circle down on a level surface
   
   
   
   
2. Place the IVR with the front faceplate facing upwards
   
   
   
   
3. Place the top faceplate bumper ( the one with the sharp corner) over the faceplate, ensuring the faceplate slides into the groves in the foam bumper
   
   
   
   
4. With both foam bumpers placed on the IVR, place the unit into the shipping box
   
   
   
   
5. After you have everything bundled up, please apply enough tape to seal the box so it does not open during transit
   
   
   
   
6. Affix the pre-paid return label over the existing shipping label and remove or cover any other stickers on the shipping box before handing it off to FedEx
