Spot AI Support is committed to providing assistance for any technical issues relating to Spot AI products and answering any queries not addressed in our Knowledge Base. Our support team is available Monday through Friday, 9 am - 9 pm Eastern Time. Please note, there is no dedicated phone line for the Support team.
Should the contact methods outlined in this article be unsuitable, please reach out to your assigned Customer Success Manager (CSM).
Ways to Contact Support
Cases can be submitted from within the Dashboard.
- Log in to Dashboard.
- Click on the 'Support' button located at the bottom-right of any Dashboard page.
- The system will initially prompt a Knowledge Base search. If none of the articles resolve your issue, select the 'Contact us' button at the bottom right.
- Complete the 'Contact us' form, attach any relevant files or screenshots, and click 'Submit'.
This will open a case with our Support Team. All further communications will occur via the email address you provided in the support form.
Send an email directly to firstname.lastname@example.org. Any relevant attachments should be added to aid in the resolution process. Future communication for the resolution of the aforementioned items will be initiated via email.
You can also create a case through the Knowledge Base:
- Once logged in, click on 'Submit a request' at the top-right of the page.
- Fill in the necessary information and click 'Submit'.
