If you need to change something about the camera - the resolution, bitrate, or simply the pan, tilt, or zoom (PTZ) - we offer easy access to the native camera software remotely. No need to be on-site and hook up a mouse and keyboard to a local NVR.

You can be sitting at your home or a location halfway across the world and be able to change camera settings from the Spot Dashboard.

1. Simply click on Configure at the top of the page
2. Choose Location from the left-side menu
3. Click on Edit for the location where the camera is located
4. Select the camera
5. Click on 'Native Camera Config', and choose Local or Remote.

You will now have the login screen from your native camera, simply log in and make the required changes.
