Misplacing your password doesn't mean losing access to your Spot AI Dashboard account. This article outlines the steps to reset your password:

Self-Resetting your Dashboard Password

1. Head to the Dashboard login page at https://dashboard.spotai.co.
2. Click on "Don't remember your password?".
   
   
   
   
3. Enter the email associated with your Spot AI Dashboard account
   
   
   
4. Follow the instructions in the password reset email you receive to set a new password.

Note: If you don't receive a password reset email, please ask one of your Dashboard Administrators to assist you. If this fails, don't hesitate to reach out to Spot AI Support.

Dashboard Admin: Assisting a User with Password Reset

1. Log into the Dashboard at https://dashboard.spotai.co.
2. Navigate to 'Configure > Users'.
3. Locate and select the user in the list.
4. Click 'Resend Invite'. This action prompts an email to be sent to the user, allowing them to create a new password.
