Prior to gathering the HAR & Console logs, it is useful to try a different browser, clear cookies, and clear the cache to confirm whether the problem persists.
To collect a HAR file:
- Open Inspect (Right-click on the webpage > Click on Inspect)
- Click on the Network tab
- Reload the page or replicate the issue
- Export the HAR File
To collect the Console Logs:
- Open Inspect (Right-click on the webpage > Click on Inspect)
- Click on the Console tab
- Reload the page or replicate the issue
- Take a screenshot of the output and save it
