Admin

• Admins have access to everything
• Admins have the ability to change the camera's name from the Live and Search tabs. Users do not have this ability and can only change a camera's name via the Maintain tab or via Configure > Locations
• Only Admins have access to the Audit Logs and Compliance sections, as well as edit access to the Org-wide Settings
• Only Admins can add new map layouts to locations.

User

Live Video Access

• Gives access to watch live video from assigned cameras
• When disabled, users will still have access to the Live tab and the ability to see the assigned cameras' online status
• Users who have neither Video History Access nor Live Access will see fuzzy camera thumbnails

Video History Access

• Gives access to watch historical video using the Search tab
• Clips can be downloaded and added to Cases
• Users who have neither Video History Access nor Live Access will see fuzzy camera thumbnails

Sharing Access

• Gives access to the Shares tab
• Gives access to share live video or historical video depending on access given
• Requires either Live Access or Video History Access as a prerequisite

Add/Edit Users

• Gives access to add, remove, and modify users

Add/Edit Locations

• Gives access to edit Location, camera, and IVR names and settings
• Names can be changed via the Maintain tab or via Configure > Locations
